Before you send anything back

Please send us a picture of the item before returning it. This helps us resolve things faster and avoids unnecessary shipping costs.

Damaged items

If your order arrived damaged, contact us within a week of receiving it with photos of the damage. We will ask you to return the item unused in its original packaging and send a replacement.

Exchanges & refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will send an exchange or apply a credit to your original payment method.
